All items will be described as accurately as possible for both new and pre-owned items. If there is any imperfections on any items they will be listed in the items description.
In the event you're not satisfied with an item, please contact me within 7-days as there is a 30-day refund policy. Buyer pays return shipping fees or the item may not have to be returned if we both come to a mutual agreement.
If item is received damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide a photo of item so I can track the source of where the item became damaged as well as start the return process.
Pre-owned items will contain a full and accurate description or items condition. Pre-Owned items also have a 30-day return policy if the item is received not as described.
All items are usually shipped the same business day if payment is received by 2:00 PM. In the event there are severe weather conditions there may be a delay in an item being shipped and you will be notified in this rare occasion.
Please be sure to make your payment promptly and securely through PayPal. Any long delays in payment can result in cancelation of the sale. If there is a reasonable explanation for a delay, please email me and I will hold item for you.
